When you hear tango music, it strikes a chord of recognition in the memory, hard to identify. Is it a sound that reminds you of love, loss or heartache – who knows? But, you want to listen to it again and again. Tango has a persisting rhythm, passion and gentle pride.

The next step is to want to express yourself to the music through the dance, a pleasure beyond description. For the dedicated, or some say addicted, it is a kind of therapy.

The current weekly workshop is held every Wednesday night at the Oddfellows Hall, 20 West Park, Cotham, Bristol - Venue Map.
